Please treat handmade items gently--they are basically fine fabric made of thread, glass beads, crystals and natural materials. I recommend storing them in their pouch to not get tangled with other jewelry.
I will repair wear-related damage within 30 days if it is a problem with workmanship. If an item has had external force applied to it, then we will have to work something out.
